Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026. This policy applies to aurichi.com.

1. About this website

Aurichi operates aurichi.com as an informational business website. It describes Aurichi’s e-commerce business and provides contact information. The website does not offer online shopping, user accounts, or login, and it does not include a contact form or a database for website visitors.

2. Information we collect through this website

This website itself does not ask visitors to provide personal information. We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or account credentials through this website.

If you contact Aurichi by email, you may choose to include personal information in your message, such as your name and email address. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry, and we do not sell it.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may record basic technical information needed to operate the website securely and reliably, such as the date and time of a request and the general type of device or browser used. Aurichi does not use this website to track individual visitors across other websites.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics that identify individual visitors. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

4. How we use information

Information received by email is used only to handle the enquiry it relates to. We do not use website-visitor information for marketing to other people, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to respond to an enquiry, or where required by law. Email correspondence is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose it was received for, and is then deleted or archived in line with ordinary business practice.

6. Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) data — planned internal use

Aurichi plans to use the Amazon Selling Partner API to access data relating to its own seller account — for example, its own orders, inventory, and finance information — for internal business analysis, including inventory management and order management.

This is a plan for internal use by Aurichi for its own business. It is not a service offered to other sellers, and Aurichi does not plan to share its Amazon seller data with third parties for their own use.

SP-API access has not yet been granted. Nothing on this website claims that Aurichi has received Amazon authorisation, or that Amazon endorses Aurichi. Any future access will be subject to Amazon’s terms and to the access actually granted.

7. Data security

We take reasonable care to protect information we receive, including by limiting access to people who need it for Aurichi’s business. This website does not make any claim about specific security certifications, audits, or technical measures beyond that general statement.

8. Your choices and rights

If you have contacted Aurichi by email and would like us to delete your message or stop using the information in it, please contact us using the email address on the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligation to retain records.

9. Changes to this policy

If Aurichi changes how this website handles information, this page will be updated, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to information already received without a lawful basis to do so.

10. Contact

For privacy questions about this website, please use the contact information on the Contact page.
